The EastView in Ballston is a 10-story, 226-unit condominium building that has 12 different floor plans including one bedroom, one bedroom with den, and two bedroom units. Units feature new upscale kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and maple cabinets as well as other new finishes throughout. My one wish is that they came standard with hardwood floors. You can choose to purchase some un-converted units at EastView at a discount. That would give you the ability to make the improvements you want.
The EastView is located steps from Ballston Metro and George Mason Law School. Not to mention the restaurants, entertainment and shopping that Ballston has to offer.
