looking for the perfect home in Arlington or around Northern Virginia. Once we find the perfect home they often
employ a moving truck to bring all their belongings to the new home.
Every time I sell a home we have buyers driving to see it from all over

Arlington VA Townhouses and Houses For Sale between $600,000.00 and $900,000.00. Neighborhoods include Pentagon City, Rosslyn, Courthouse, Clarendon and Ballston.

Arlington VA Real Estate: in 2008 Arlington VA real estate begins directly across the Potomac River from Washington, DC. The county of Arlington is intimately connected with the life of the nation's capital. In fact, until the mid-19th century, Arlington VA actually was a part of the District of Columbia. Because of its close proximity to the District, Arlington VA real estate has been in high demand for generations. Arlington VA real estate remains highly sought after by individuals who work in the capital city and by families who want to reside in a thriving, beautiful community.
Throughout the country, real estate has been a major source of conversation and debate. One thing for sure is that it has never been more apparent how LOCAL real estate really is. What is going on in Detroit, Miami and Southern California is very different than what we are experiencing in the DC area. There is also a sharp contrast between how the real estate market is performing in the different counties that make up Northern Virginia. After reading the latest market reports I couldn't believe how differently even the neighborhoods that make up Arlington VA real estate are performing.
There are zip codes within Arlington VA where average prices rose over 15% during last 12 months. Some areas have the inventory of a seller's market but have been operating with the psychology of a buyer's market. On the other hand you have markets that will continue on a down sloap through 2010. One thing is for sure... it has never been more important to align yourself with a REALTOR who has expertise in the local market you would like to buy or sell real estate.
Is this the right time to buy or sell in Arlington VA and the surrounding areas? Not for everyone.
